This Books Will Help You Develop Your Reasons to Eliminate Sugar

Stronger Than Sugar is an excellent resource for anyone looking to take control of the impact of sugar on their body and mind. The book is loaded with information that helps you to unlock the connections between the chemistry of your brain and how sugars, carbohydrates, and proteins help you to regular how well your brain functions. What’s great about the book is that the author takes complex biological and chemical processes and describes them is a way that is both easy to read and easy to understand. The advice and recommendations for the seven-step approach for stabilizing your addition to sugars is solidly grounded in science. If you’re looking for a way to reduce sugar in your life, then you’ve got to first know what sugar is and what is does to your body and mind. The authors discussion about the biology of sugar cravings as well as the way to manage them is right on target. As such, the first parts of the book does a great job in covering the information to help people develop their compelling reasons for cutting sugar out of their diets. If you are looking for the latest diet fad or new gimmicks, this book is not for you. If you want a technically accurate, yet short and clear explanation of what sugar does to your body and practical advice on how to improve your diet and health, this is a great book to read and share. Dr. Kent is an expert on this subject and she has done an excellent job explaining it.
