The most valuable thing I love in this book is the eye-catching pictures of each and every recipe and it also has nutritional value chart of every recipe. Now with the help of this book I can know how much of nutrition I m getting from the food I am eating. People who have busy lifestyles, office hours, meeting and travels and barely get time to make healthy food in their kitchen should read this. They can enjoy healthy and delicious foods without spending lot of time in their kitchen. With 50 delicious low carb recipes, you will have your body in shape without skipping meals. Low Carb Slow Cooker Meals

I recently found the need to use a slow cooker due to work related time constraints. After, a few weeks of the some old recipes that I had at home, I decided to add some delicious slow cooker recipes to my collection. Which is where this book came into play. After reading the great reviews on this Low Card book, I decided to pull the trigger and I am so glad that I did.

For started, I was really glad that it had nutritional information associated with each recipe and a beautiful pic that made it appealing for me try try the recipes. Over the week I tested 4 recipes and another 4 during the weekend. I gave most of the food away to my family and friends and they were raving and asking me for the recipes. What a great book. I am glad that I got it....

Another addition to my slow cooker cookbook collection

I am always looking for recipes to use with my slow cooker and I found quite a variety in this book. Eating low carb meals can be a little difficult for me as I love my carbs. The recipes in this book are very enticing and I am excited to try ALL of them - starting with the Crock pot Ravioli - I love ravioli!.

The presentation of the recipes is great with the photos and nutritional info which goes a long way. I was delighted to add this book to my slow cook cookbook collection.
