"If you are having unresolved health issues, you will not want to put this book down. It is a comprehensive introduction to the elemental pairs and a program called SAF (self awareness formula) numbering system designed to unravel our genetic programs and those early life codes, which may be holding us back from reaching our full potential. It explains what emotions are; how they affect our health; and how we are affected by visible and invisible light radiation and electronic stress in our modern world. I highly recommend this information to anyone who wishes to address the causes of one's symptoms rather than masking them with prescription drugs. I just purchased this book and look forward to applying the SAF to my personal health issues. It is my goal to attain and maintain optimum health. This book has a more scientific and physiologic based background on an SAF chain sequence than some of the other SAF books. Some of this information can only be described as universal in that it offers the effects of the elements of our world and beyond on our physiology.
I was particularly fascinated by the description of the minerals and metals and their functions in our body. Even a person who has studied physiology will find information in this book that they may never have heard before as it appears to be ancient as well as modern in its origin. This is very useful.
Nutrionics also has an entire section on each of the organs and glands in SAF with more in depth explanation of the physical and emotional aspects than in SAF Simplified.
This is a valuable tool for anyone who wants to be able to get the most out of a chain sequence and to understand how we all connect on every level with the essence of the universe.
