Waste of time if you want to reduce your waist

For someone who claims they are a "professional copy writer" and a "great writer", this author must have lost weight simply by starving. Atrocious grammar, incomplete/run on sentences, fuzzy rambling paragraphs.

However, I am always interested in new perspectives so I prodded on. The data in the book is, at times, factually incorrect. Example: "all fruits and veggies are 100% fat free"... Well, despite being healthy fats, olives, avocados, and coconuts are considered high fat foods.

As someone who has lost over 100# through diet and exercise (and kept it off for almost a decade), there is absolutely nothing informative, innovative, or noteworthy about the book. Caloric recommendations are a blanket 1500 calories - depending on your height, age, activity level, that could be high or low. Breakfast recommendations include "a low sugar high fiber cookie".

Sorry to say, there is absolutely nothing of value in this book. You will learn more "tips" by reading a health mag in line at the grocery store.

There is no magical pill to keep weight off. It all boils down to what you do with your body to make sure you don't over indulge. This story hits home a lot. And the only thing you can do to lose weight, is to stop eating the processed crappy foods that will add pounds and start eating like we should have been for the last half century. I loved her story and meal plans, because they are very honest, natural, and what your body really needs to survive, function, and feel so much better. If you decide to purchase this book.. please read it and follow through and after about a week.. other crap will actually taste, and feel like crap in your body! I loved all of this !!

Best diet i ever saw

This book really interested me from the start . You see i have been trying to lose weight for a long time for my health.This diet seem s to be what i am looking for it is loaded with loads of fruits and veggies which i love and very easy to follow.The author also shows us how to think positive about all are dealing with our life styles not think positive.The other thing i love about what this book contains is that it teaches us how to look our best in a very short time which i love and a lot of other people will love.The author also shares alot of great recipes for everyone to try.I cant wait to try this diet and i know you will to.I reccomend this book to everyone
