Good overview of 3 common exercises

This is a good book that covers the three most common exercises in bodyweight training, thanks to Matt Furey. This book goes into detail on the Hindu Push-Up, Hindu Squat, and the Back Bridge. While Furey made these exercises famous, the author of this book goes into greater detail than Furey ever did. Along with the basic exercises, David shows simpler exercises that can be used to progress up to the basics. He also shows numerous variations of these exercises as well as a bunch of other exercises that can be added to the mix for variety. He ends the book with a handful of workout recommendations and then provides a few sample pages of each of his other titles. Overall a really good book, especially if you use the Hindu exercises or would like to learn more about them. Sure, you could purchase Furey's book, which isn't bad but Natural Fitness provides more bang for the buck.

FITNESS AS IT SHOULD BE.

I have spent so much money on fitness places and trainers and never had the kind of results David's book has given me. With his sensible approach I am finally getting the results I have wanted. I do not have to spend hours in the gym anymore. Let's be honest who has the time. If you are sceptical you should be as we all have been abused by the fitness industry. This is real. It is a carefully thought out researched system and you will not be disappointed. The book is an easy read and it takes you slowly and carefully into real simple fitness. I highly recommend this. I have even sent it to some of my family members. That is the best recommendation I can make. If you give this an honest try you will not be disappointed.

good ideas

This product on a Kindle is about priced right. The book offers a three prong strategy for fitness and strength: push-ups, squats and backbends. It shows several variations of each. The exercises are kind of basic but the 3 prongs make sense. However, one warning is his recommendation for "hindu push-ups." I tried them and it hurt my back. it took a couple of months for my back to be back to normal. On a Kindle the photos are small, but of course the text is easy to read. I would recommend this book if you would like to supplement you knowledge base on exercises, but there are probably better books out there.
