The secret to losing weight is simple. Burn more calories than you eat. Do regular exercise to burn fat and build or tone muscle.

I also believe that there are some exercises that give super results in a fraction of the time of most non-effective activity.

I’ll share these exercises with you.

I’ve also gone one step further by inventing some of my own workouts that I do in the pool. The results are so effective that I feel a difference in the shape and tone of my body in the following day.

Wasted money

I found this book very disappointing. I am a long-time water aerobics instructor and I am always looking for new exercises. Nothing here. This book spends a lot of time talking about what you should do, but never really says how to do it. Wish I hadn't bought it. Wasted money.
