Excellent guide for quick weight loss

This is a very well-written guide to getting your diet focused and on track--to get healthier and lose weight quickly. If you follow the suggestions as laid out here, it will be near impossible not to lose weight. What is unique about this is how it is all put together and the 4 keys that are critical to making the weight loss happen. In the past I've done some of these things, but never combined all together. This is a diet I could definitely follow for a least six weeks and then I could see myself likely staying with many of the suggestions....but perhaps having an extra 'cheat' day.

Overall, it's a very sensible, concise guide that will tell you exactly what to do to drop a few sizes in a little over a month. I am going to incorporate these suggestions and am confident that I'll be able to get rid of those pesky last 10-15 pounds.

If you are looking to lose 2 dress sizes before that event, dinner party, or the "big" day, this book is for you. Naima openly shares what has helped her to lose dress sizes and you can benefit from her experience. This book also includes a simple step-by-step everyday guide to follow. I highly recommend this book.

I read the book and find it to be a great start in the journey to a healthier self. While I am not a woman and don't care about my "dress size", I am interested in being healthy and feel the strategies seem useful . The book is organized to help avoid the overwhelm.
