I just wasted $3

As someone who has suffered with nightmares and anxiety dreams for years and years, I finally decided to turn to the literature to see what it could offer me. Unfortunately, this books doesn't deliver much more than Wikipedia or other websites done on a general Google search could yield. Its very short (which is fine, as long as the content is of quality) and I suspect it may have been written by a first-year college student getting mediocre marks in English.
This book is unscientific: it makes statements and claims with no citation or evidence to support it. Its instructions are brief and vague. Generalizations are made with little backing. While I don't doubt that some of what is stated in the book may be true (or is, in fact, true) I also attest to the fact that some of the information in the book is frankly false or misleading.
I'm hesitant to write negative reviews about any product or book - I will apply what this book mentioned and if its suggestions (which are rather general) make a difference in my nightmares, I will edit this review. In the meantime, don't waste your money. Do the google search, and read on Wikipedia, and you will probably get more out of it.

Worse than Bad

Schoenfield gets very little correct in this one. Most of what he covers is the false information taught in college text books. If I could give negative points for this book, I would. Be warned: Not only does the author not understand the origin of nightmares, some of his advice will INCREASE nightmares. Demonic arts and activities invite demons. This is the source of nightmares, bad relationships, uncontrollable anger, and all other manner of social problems. Yoga and meditation, recommended in this book, are serious errors. Lucid dreaming is another pathway to mysticism and demonic powers.
Most people do not understand that most psychic powers, tarot reading, astrology, and fortune telling open doors to demons. I have seen demons cast out of people who were into all these things. If you check the "Christian" box on government forms, you should pray. And, you should clear your home of graven images such as Buddha statues and relics or icons or books or CDs of Eastern Religions or trance music, and etc. Ask Jesus to break every chain. That is how nightmares are broken.
BUT: If you think dreams are just axons firing, you will probably enjoy this one. The author has some skill as a writer and clearly did a lot of learning and research, which go into this book. Unfortunately, everything he researched is the disinformation the devil wants you to find.

A solution to your nightmare...

I can very much relate to this eBook. I've had my own shares of nightmares when I was a kid. But it eventually disappeared as I grew as my mother loaded me with love and made sure I had a productive day. This eBook will help you and provide you a better understanding on what is going on during our sleep cycle. You will learn the possible causes of why a person can have a nightmare. Victor Schoenfield did a great job in explaining the five stages of sleep. An in-depth explanation about the three major theories which tries to define why we have dreams. The author also offered some easy to follow tips in achieving the Great read, interesting topic and good source of information!!! Highly recommended!!!
