Don't Expect New and Original

I notice that the third recipe in this book "Beef Stroganoff and Mushroom Soup" is a direct copy of the "Beef Stroganoff Soup" from the Peace, Love and Low Carb website, the only change to the recipe is the addition of the word Mushroom to the name of the recipe. The final ingredient for the dish is 2Tbs. Peace and Love, a signature ingredient in the recipes from the Peace Love and Low Carb website which is what made me check and compare the two recipes. Therefore I have to assume that any number of the recipes in this book have simply been taken from online websites like the one I mentioned above. If you were looking for a collection of original and new recipes I don't think this qualifies, if you just want a bunch of recipes in one place to save doing a google search then this is the cookbook for you.

WARNING! Not all ingredients called for in the recipes are ketogenic. For example, 1 large carrot has 6.5 carbs, yet is included in the recipes. Similarly, sweet potatoes, potatoes, balsamic vinegar, beer, wine, catsup, beans, etc. have carbs in them. If you are to stay in ketosis, you would not be able to eat many of these dishes.
