Every grown woman's problem solved in this book !

This is a must read for every woman. I always eat after dinner, I just need to munch. This book is so useful! I loved the information it gave and the preventative methods to take to cease the night binge. It was a good read!

A nice overview of the NES and loving the tips..

Although I have indulged in night time snacking infront of the TV, sometimes into excesses, this book have made me more aware on the dangers of NES. The coverage of the various hormones in the early chapters alone are worth more than the current price of the book ($0.99 at the date of this review). To be fair, the information can be found on various sites on the net but having it researched and thoughtfully laid out in an easy to understand manner makes this quite a valuable resource.

A very short book, more like a pamphlet, with common advice. Eat 3 meals a day, eat breakfast, avoid simple carbohydrates, take a walk when you want to eat but shouldn't. All stuff anyone interested in this title would already know. The most interesting part was the introduction which very briefly discussed the hormones associated with nighttime eating.
