knowledgeable and useful tips

This book has been very helpful and insightful with information on how to loose weight through bodybuilding. The author (James Eaton) is very knowledgeable and has a lot of questions and answers in this short book. James Eaton provides tips such as when to eat and what to eat, and what exercises you should do to maximize your weight loss through bulking up with muscle and shedding that fat. I like that this book is for both men and women and has a lot of information packed in for such a short book. I am fired up and ready to head out to my gym to work on some reps with tips I have learnt from this book.
