Helpful tips for busy moms!

This is a quick and easy read. These ideas are not new, but Carin presents them in a fun way, with useful tips you could actually incorporate into your life. One of my favorite parts in the book is where Carin says, "I was the reason for my lack of time", and then explains what she did to take back the control of her time. The "cheat sheet" at the end is a great summary for the topics discussed. I also really enjoyed the quotes at the beginning of each section.

Practical and easy to follow time management tips that really work for busy moms!

I have 3 kids and let me tell you, I've often said "I'm too busy for that" or "If only I had more hours in the day." But after reading this book the reality is I'm not always managing my time well. I do pretty good in my working hours but after that I'm not controlling my time. Carin's book gave me easy to follow tips that really work! What I love is they are so easy to follow, there is no complicated process to learn. And each section has a bonus tip where she gets right to the point of what you need to do. This is easy to follow and if you do it, you will notice a huge difference in your day. I also loved how she mentions sleep being so important, I think many people leave that out. But I know when I'm tired my whole day is shot!
Thanks Carin for the really useful and easy to follow and implement tips. I'm putting these into place and looking forward to the time I will "gain."

I love the specifics on how to write your “to do” list and prioritize it because it’s actually based in neuroscience and how the brain processes information. Therefore, m to do list is more effective now that it’s ever been.
As the mom of two as well as the author of Amazing Grades:101 Best Ways to Improve Your Grades Faster and several other books, I look for books that back up their claims and do what they really promise. That's why I so appreciate this author’s specifics because it’s given me a way to take control of my time that I truly wish I had known about years earlier. Thank you Carin!
