About the Author
Frank Healy is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Life Coach. He has been a research subject at the University of California because he remembers every day of his life since he was six years old. He is now in his fifties. Having Hyperthymesia, or as the University calls it Highly Superior Autobiographical Memory. Frank, along with about 50 other people were tested and classified. Remembering every day of his life has it's advantages and disadvantages. Along with the events Frank remembers the feelings associated with each memory. He had to learn to let go of the feelings from the bad memories in his life. He now counsels people and teaches them how to let go of the bad feelings associated with memories, and remember more of the good times in your life. Frank lives with his wife Janet in Dennisville New Jersey.

I was so pleasently surprised as I began to read this book. I kept seeing it relate to my own life story big time! I also saw the information in this book being useful not only for myself but also my husband who was bullied in his past, and my brother with PTSD. I also saw this book helping others I know as well. Throughout my past I had been to different counselors to deal with past issues but I still struggled with some of them. Heal your memories, change your life is so helpful I know I will read this book more than once and I can honestly say I very rarely read a book more than once. Out of the hundres I have read maybe a dozen I have reread. Frank is very qualified to help you deal with healing your memories and changing your life! I sure wish Frand Healy lived closer to my husband and I. Thank you so much Frank Healy.

Frank, you are amazing! So many of us struggle with constant reminders of our past "mistakes" and bad memories. They often come out in our dreams -- as recurring dreams or nightmares -- and we feel we are held hostage to them and have no control. Yet you have brought us the good news on how to heal them so they don't keep weighing us down or getting in our way! Since I've read this book I feel free of the bondage of my past.
